I am the first member of my family to earn a high school diploma and pursue a college degree. Growing up, I never had an older sibling or mentor to help guide me through different aspects of my life. I struggled to find my place in this world and began asking myself the big questions, 鈥淲ho am I?鈥 鈥淲hat do I want to be?鈥 When I arrived at 91成人, I finally found the answers to my questions. Now, I鈥檓 a Business Major, a member of the Mavs Soccer team, a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and I serve as the Kappa Beta Delta president. I like to stay active on campus and be involved in community activities. Most recently I received the Dr. Andrew V. Stevenson Merit Scholarship award for my academic achievement and involvement with the community. Northern helped me find myself.
