Will I be required to take Proctored Exams?

All NOC online courses require at least one proctored exam or assignment to verify the identity of the learner enrolled, completing the work, and being given credit.

  • A proctor can be found at any one of our campus sites - Tonkawa, Enid, Stillwater - at the University Center in Ponca City, or at any other higher education institution or private testing facility.

Strategies for Successful Online Learning

Donna Barrows, Associate in Arts Social Science-Behavioral Science, Spring 2024

"Initially having had expectations of difficulty and emptiness, I quickly realized the online courses at NOC are very well put together and have enriched my learning experience involving curriculum. I love that everything I need for classes is located in one location; I simply log in. It takes the burden of sifting through material out of the hands of the student, allowing more time for stress-free study. I'm thankful for NOC online!"

Kylia Carlson, Associate in Early Childhood Education, Spring 2024

"NOC has given me all the needed resources, wonderful instructors, and a great advisor who has helped me believe in myself to accomplish my goals and dreams. I have taken all my classes online and with a toddler at home didn't believe I was going to be able to accomplish it. I am about to start my third year at NOC, and I have no complaints. My instructors, throughout those three years, have helped me succeed and are always willing to help when needed."
