Already made an order through the National Student Clearinghouse?
By Mail or In-Person Request
You can order your transcript in person at one of our campuses, or by printing the transcript request form and mailing it to us along with a copy of your photo ID.
Please print the transcript request form, fill it out completely and mail it along with a copy of a photo ID to the address located on the request form. Most transcript requests are fulfilled within 1-2 business days after NOC has received them. There is no charge for a transcript requested by mail, or in person.
Please note: Official transcripts requested by mail, or in person cannot be sent electronically. They will be mailed to the recipient, or given to the in-person requestor.
