The 91成人 Concert and Jazz Band will be presenting the Halloween Spooktacular Concert Thursday, Oct. 29.
The concert will be held at 6 p.m. on the Crowder Science Hall steps.
Those attending are asked to bring a lawn chair.
The concert will be directed by Dr. Edward Dixon, NOC Fine Arts Division Chair.
NOC practices social distancing and face masks are required.
