Kelsey Mitchell was awarded the 91成人 Legacy Scholarship at the Friends & Alumni Reunion Saturday night at the Renfro Center in Tonkawa. Mitchell is an incoming freshman from Perry. Mitchell’s ultimate goal is to pursue a career in Radiography as a Technician. She is the daughter of Sherry Stout, a 2017 graduate of Northern earning a Nursing-RN degree plus an Associate Degree of Arts and Science.
