The purpose of the Foundation shall be to enhance the educational opportunities and environment at the College, all as set forth in the Foundation鈥檚 Articles and the Mission Statement of the College. The Foundation is organized as a charitable organization exclusively for the benefit of the activities of 91成人, chartered under the constitution and laws of the State of Oklahoma, as amended, and its purposes shall include the following:
(A) the promotion and support of the activities of 91成人 either in the name of the Foundation or in conjunction with 91成人 so as to provide broader opportunities than would be available solely from tax and other governmental sources;
(B) the award of scholarships and grants to the students, faculty, and staff of 91成人.
