NOC Institutional Assessment Plan
Institutional assessment involves an examination of all of the processes that contribute to student success at Northern.聽 These processes include the initial application, 聽advisement and enrollment processes that help students set and reach their academic goals, the student activities and support services (tutoring, career counseling, financial aid, ongoing academic advisement, etc.) 聽that keep them engaged along the way, and the overall retention and completion rates that show students are able to finish what they start at NOC and truly have a life-changing experience.
