If you thought "yes" to any of these questions, a career in business administration may be for you! Students considering a degree in business should enjoy providing good customer service. Good time management and organizational skills are a must. Many business careers require students to be tech savvy and have good interpersonal skills.

Career Preparation

The Associate in Science degree in Business Administration consists of 60 credit hours designed to provide the student with the first two years of general requirements for transfer to a four-year institution. The Associate in Applied Science degree in Business Management provides basic coursework to allow a student to enter the workforce with an entry level management track position, with options in Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Hospitality Management. In addition to the general education requirements, Business students focus on Accounting, Introduction to Business, Business Technologies, Economics, Statistics, and recommended business electives such as Marketing, Management, programming classes, or Business internships to give students a wide variety of experiences.
